Blood Drive

I was able to be part of a Student Body Organization that strives to better the community of Ames, Iowa. Being part of Iowa State University's Blood Drive was a great experience. As a team, we collaborated with one another to plan and coordinate a blood drive at Iowa State. As the executive of the Design Committee, I was in charge of running inter-committee meetings and making sure all committee requirements and deadlines were met. Duties also consisted of making sure all designs were created and produced on time and making sure donors had a great experience when donating.

We came up with a couple of creative ways to promote more people to donate. We also came up with ways for donors to have an overall better experience while there. Check out the pictures below to see the Iowa State Blood Drive experience!

Bootcamp Themed Blood Drive

Above is a 60" x 36" poster that was hung at the exit of the Blood Drive. Every donor then wrote on a medal shape piece of paper, their name and why they donated. They then taped it on here within the donor rectangle closest to the bottom.
